SES Engineering Services are looking for an Estimating Manager to join our Central region team, based in Birmingham.

About the role
 

As Estimating Manager, you’ll lead a team of estimators, ensuring accurate and efficient cost planning across a variety of sectors. You’ll be instrumental in refining processes, implementing best practices, and supporting pre-construction activities.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of 5–10 estimators
  • Overseeing estimating processes and rationalising existing layers
  • Using tools such as Dalux, Morta, and automated take-off software
  • Supporting bids and proposals across the Central region
  • Collaborating with Pre-Con Managers and internal stakeholders
