SES Engineering Services are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in London, provide support within our commercial and finance team across technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE  

As our Regional Commercial Administrator you will:   

  • Assist the Regional Finance Partner in producing regional management reports, audits and in cash management
  • Assist month end reporting and forecasting routines
  • Monitoring regional and project costs and manage monthly recharges
  • Analysis of and reporting on monthly project forecasts
  • Assist project teams and with cost queries and transfers,
  • General administration e.g raising and processing invoices and preparing packs for review meetings

This role will work with project teams, commercial managers and finance teams and will therefore give exposure and potential career development to all. Intermediate Excel and general IT skills are essential and finance/accounting experience preferable along with the ability to work with and assist other disciplines and also meet strict monthly and quarterly deadlines.

General administration,

  • Monitor, track, and distribute Contract documentation on live bids and projects.  
  • Supporting the commercial team with reporting, raising invoices and monthly recharges  
  • Collation of project completion documents including final account statements.  
  • Support Commercial Manager with regional business reporting.
